Strong Roots Family Clinic provides primary care with a hometown approach. We offer care that is personal, accessible, and built on relationships. Our goal is to serve individuals and families in Carlsbad with thoughtful medical care, clear communication, and practical treatment plans.

We are opening as a cash-pay clinic and are welcoming self-pay patients starting April 6th. This allows us to begin serving patients right away while insurance credentialing and payer contracts are being finalized. We plan to begin accepting insurance as those contracts become active and will update our website as participating plans are added.

Our clinic provides primary care services including preventive checkups, acute illness care, chronic disease management, minor procedures, in-house lab draws, EKGs, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, work physicals, and other basic diagnostic services as available. We also offer botox and fillers.

We care for Carlsbad families, oil field workers, retirees, and patients who need prompt, dependable local medical care.
